Scope (Thematic Areas)
The journal publishes materials in the following areas:
- design, construction, repair and maintenance of highways;
- transport infrastructure structures;
- diagnostics and quality control of road structures;
- road and construction materials, including modified and secondary resources;
- soil and subgrade stabilization technologies;
- intelligent transport systems (ITS);
- digitalization and information technologies in the road sector;
- road safety.
Aim
The journal provides a scientific platform for publishing and discussing актуальные problems of the road sector, developing and implementing innovative technologies, materials and engineering solutions, as well as disseminating scientific knowledge within national and international scientific communities.
The editorial board includes leading Kazakhstani and international scientists. The editorial policy is aimed at ensuring the quality, transparency, and accessibility of scientific publications. The journal adheres to publication ethics principles and promotes its presence in international scientometric databases.
Conditions for Manuscript Publication
To ensure scientific integrity and publication quality, authors must comply with the following requirements:
- manuscripts must correspond to the journal’s scope and aim;
- submissions must contain original scientific results with novelty and practical significance;
- all borrowed materials must be properly cited;
- authors guarantee that the submitted work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere;
- all copyright-related issues must be resolved;
- the research methodology must be described in sufficient detail to ensure reproducibility;
- changes in authorship after acceptance are not allowed (except in cases of publication ethics violations).
When using artificial intelligence tools (including ChatGPT), authors must disclose their use in the “Materials and Methods” section and bear full responsibility for the content.
Peer Review Process
All submitted manuscripts undergo mandatory single-blind peer review.
The review process evaluates scientific novelty, relevance, methodological soundness, and practical significance.

The journal provides open access to all published materials on its official website. All issues are archived and available for reading. Long-term preservation of publications is ensured.
