This article examines the features of maintenance of cement concrete roads under the conditions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The relevance of the study is обусловлена the need to improve the durability and operational reliability of road structures in a sharply continental climate. The aim of the study is to analyze the main operational problems of cement concrete pavements and to evaluate the effectiveness of modern materials and technologies for their maintenance.
The methodological basis of the study includes the analysis of regulatory and technical documentation, results of laboratory and field tests, as well as a comparative analysis of innovative materials used in the road industry. Special attention is paid to impregnating compositions that provide protection of concrete against aggressive environmental factors.
The results of the study show that the use of modern impregnating materials contributes to reducing water absorption, increasing frost resistance, and extending the service life of road pavements. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of implementing effective maintenance solutions for cement concrete roads into the regulatory practice of road construction.
